HBJ&W have a dedicated criminal team who are committed to providing clients with the clear and intelligible advice they require. We pride ourselves on our ability to engage with our clients and represent them at all stages of the criminal process, in a professional yet down to earth manner.
We have a team of accredited police station representatives who are available to be called out to police stations come rain or shine 24 hours a day 365 days a year, to protect your rights. From there, should your case progress to court, our team are able to represent you in the Magistrates Court or in the Crown Court via David Coles who has higher rights audience in criminal courts.
We hold a criminal franchise contract with the legal services commission so often legal aid will be available from start to finish. That said if you do not qualify for legal aid we are able to undertake work done on a private fee paying basis. We hope you never have to use us but if you do we are always here to help
